Financial Assistance Available
To ensure that all residents of Sturgeon County, regardless of economic circumstances, have access to community services programs, Council has approved a program fee subsidy policy.
Subsidy of up to 100% of a given program fee may be granted to individuals based on the established criteria.
You must be a Sturgeon County resident to qualify for the subsidy.
All applications are held in strict confidence.
Payment plans can also be negotiated for those who do not qualify for subsidy.

This program is geared towards helping financially disadvantaged children. One hundred percent of your donation subsidizes the registration fee for a Sturgeon County child to attend a summer camp or daytrip of the child’s choice.

Early Intervention Funding
Early Intervention Funding is avaliable for residents of Sturgeon County, Bon Accord, Gibbons, Morinville, Redwater, Legal and the Garrison. Subsidies are available for families with children 0-6 with financial barriers to educational services. Funding is available for programs and individual families.
