Tax Recovery Property

Sturgeon County is offering the following tax recovery properties for sale. Each offer will be evaluated on an individual basis. The County reserves the right to refuse any offer, if the offer is not as close as reasonably possible to the market value, as determined by the chief municipal assessor. All reasonable offers will be presented to County Council for their approval.

Terms and Conditions:
Ten percent deposit after Council acceptance and the balance payable within 30 days.
G.S.T. will apply to all applicable lands sold through this offer.
The lands are being offered for sale on an “as is, where is” basis and Sturgeon County makes no representation and gives no warranty whatsoever as to the adequacy of services, soil conditions, land use districting, building and development conditions, absence or presence of environmental contamination, vacant possession, or the developability of the lands for any intended use by the successful offering party.
No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than those specified by Sturgeon County.
