- All discretionary development permit applications are reviewed by the Municipal Planning Commission.
- For additional information about a specific proposed development permit, contact the Development Officer (780-939-8376) in the Planning & Development department.
- To appeal a development permit application, submit written notice to the Secretary, Subdivision/Development Appeal Board, Sturgeon County, along with a non-refundable $100 cheque, on or before the time/date specified in the advertisement.
- If an appeal is received, then the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board will consider the appeal and either approve or deny the proposed development permit request.
