Public Meetings
Council meetings are normally scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, starting at 9:00 a.m., and are held in Council Chambers at Sturgeon County Centre, unless otherwise posted.
Agendas are usually posted to the website by the Friday before the meeting. The agenda must be adopted (by Council) at the beginning of the meeting, after which no additions or changes may be made to the agenda without Council's permission. A complete copy of the agenda with submissions is provided for viewing in Council Chambers during the meeting.
Unadopted minutes are posted to the County website as soon as possible after the Council meeting as information. Minutes are not official until Council approves them at the following meeting, after which they will be re-posted in their approved format.
