Transportation Services
Transportation Services provides a safe and efficient transportation network for Sturgeon County. Transportation crews perform preventative maintenance activities throughout the year to keep roads driveable and safe. Repairs, rehabilitation and maintenance include oiling, roadside brushing, graveling, sanding and snowplowing.

Signs on County Road Allowances
Transportation Services is also responsible for monitoring signs placed on county road allowances. If you are considering placing a sign in the county you must first complete the Sign Erection Application Form. For more information on placing signs on county road allowance, read Bylaw 1127/07 – Erection of Signs Within County Road Allowances.
