Bylaws
Sturgeon County is granted the authority under the Municipal Government Act to establish municipal bylaws in response to issues in our municipality.
These bylaws apply only inside the jurisdictional boundaries of Sturgeon County and are enforceable by Sturgeon County’s Bylaw Enforcement officers as well as the local R.C.M.P.
